Yes! Every necklace comes with a free custom Pet ID Tag. You can enter your content in personalization box
Can I buy just the ID Tag?
Yes, you can buy it directly from the Pet ID Tag link, but the Tag is not free without purchasing the necklace!
How long does shipping take?
Engraving: 1–3 business days
Shipping: 7–15 business days (varies by location)
Can I change my engraving?
Please contact us within 24 hours after ordering. Once we start engraving, changes are not possible.
Do you accept refunds or returns?
We want you to love your order! If you’re not satisfied, please reach out within 30 days of delivery.
✔️ Unused, non-custom items can be returned for a refund.
❌ Please understand that personalized items (engraved ID Tags) cannot be refunded unless there is a mistake on our part.
What if there’s a problem with my order?
If your necklace arrives damaged or the engraving is wrong, contact us within 7 days. We’ll replace or refund it for free.
